We are currently seeking Blade Repair Technicians to support wind turbine maintenance and repair activities for one of our clients across different projects in the United States.
The selected candidates will perform inspection, maintenance, and structural repair of wind turbine blades, working at height using rope access techniques.
This role requires experienced technicians with strong safety awareness, hands-on blade repair experience, and advanced rope access certification.
The position is travel-based, supporting wind energy projects across multiple locations depending on project needs.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades.
• Execute structural and cosmetic blade repairs following industry standards.
• Work at height using rope access techniques during blade repair operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work protocols.
• Identify blade defects and perform corrective repair activities.
• Document repair activities and provide technical reports when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair materials in proper condition.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Proven experience in the wind energy sector, specifically in blade repair.
• SPRAT Level III certification (mandatory).
• Experience performing blade repair work at height using rope access techniques.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
• Availability to travel across different project locations in the United States.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Blade Repair Certificate “D” (highly valued).
• Additional rope access certifications (e.g., IRATA).
• Previous experience working on utility-scale wind turbine projects.
• Location: United States (Traveling position depending on project allocation).
• Type: Field-based role supporting wind turbine maintenance operations.
