SEYSES is an international engineering and construction company specialized in renewable energy, delivering large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and energy infrastructure projects worldwide.
We are currently seeking an HSE Supervisor to support renewable energy construction projects located in Dallas, Texas (USA).
The selected candidate will join the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team, providing on-site supervision and support during construction and execution phases.
This role is site-based and focused on ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and project safety standards, while promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• On-site supervision of health, safety, and environmental compliance during construction activities.
• Monitoring subcontractor compliance with HSE procedures and safety requirements.
• Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.
• Supporting the implementation of HSE plans, procedures, and company standards.
• Identification, reporting, and follow-up of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Participation in HSE coordination meetings and toolbox talks.
• Verification of compliance with local regulations, OSHA standards, and project safety requirements.
• Support during audits, inspections, and project safety reporting.
• Technical background in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Proven experience in HSE supervision within construction or energy projects.
• Experience in Photovoltaic Plants, Substations, and/or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of U.S. HSE regulations and OSHA standards.
• Site execution experience required.
• Professional English required; Spanish valued.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.
